All our products are handmade to order.
Please allow 3–7 business days for production before dispatch.
During busy seasons (e.g., Christmas, Easter, or special promotions), processing may take a few extra days.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

🌍 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Greece, throughout Europe, and worldwide.
Most of our international orders go to Germany, Austria, France, Italy, UK, and USA.

If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us at info@velvetwhite.gr and we’ll be happy to assist.

💳 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We always aim to offer the most affordable and reliable shipping options available.

For reference:

  • Greece: from €3.50

  • European Union: from €10

  • Rest of the world: from €14.00-€80

  • ELTA Hellenic Post,Easy mail, DHL, and FedEx (depending on the destination).
    All orders include a tracking number once shipped.
